Kwun Tong Traffic Management System, in collaboration with Kwun Tong Police Station (Traffic Formation) and the Transportation Department, embarked on a project to enhance traffic conditions in the Kwun Tong industrial area. MTR Simulation System for the MTR Corporation to simulate service disruptions and predict the impact on passenger flow and operations.
- Designed a high-availability server architecture deployed at Kwun Tong Police Station to support real-time traffic management.
- Developed backend for processing live traffic data, integrating with law enforcement tools for actionable insights.
- Coordinated with stakeholders to optimize traffic flow and reduce congestion.
- Built predictive modeling for failure scenarios, helping MTR to strengthen response strategies for service disruptions.
- Architected and deployed secure, high-performance server infrastructure at the MTR control center.
